  1. I don’t know. I read them. And they were not that offensive. Black conservatives like Jessie Lee Peterson and Walter Williams have acknowledged that African-Americans collectively commit a disproportionate amount of crime. Jessie Jackson, the infamous civil rights charlatan, once said, he is relieved when he is walking down a street and turns around to find white people behind him, (as if implying minorities are more criminal prone to muggings.) In fact, U.S. Dept. of Justice crime stats verify much of what the newsletter said. The District of Columbia’s criminal justice system is revolving door for the city’s largely black populace, particularly males.

    I understand his predicament in the age of political correctness. I think Paul stated his position on racial issues quite well in his LRC article:
